Selects an added object. Drag it to move, use its handles to resize, press Enter to edit text, or Delete to remove it.
Double-click selectable PDF text to edit it directly. The original content is removed during export and the nearby toolbar controls font, size, style, color, darkness, ink, alignment, and deletion. Text adds a separate new text object.
Replace Text covers an area and adds editable text. Smart, Lasso, and Magic Erase rebuild the selected background so flattened content can be hidden.
Extracts a separately embedded image, repairs its old position, and creates one movable copy. Flattened page images cannot be separated.
Keeps the rectangle you draw and changes the exported page boundary. Shape Crop keeps a rectangular page but masks everything outside your freeform shape.
Bold changes font weight. Darkness moves the selected color toward black. Ink adds a fine outline to increase printed density without changing text size.
Apply paragraph, H1-H6, bulleted, or numbered presets to selected text. Draw a Table, then set its row and column counts while it is selected.
Draw, type, upload, or create initials, then place the visual signature on the page. This is not a certificate-backed cryptographic signature.
Use the arrows at the left edge and top toolbar to hide or restore the side panels and editing tools. Hiding both fits the page into the available viewer.
Export All preserves workspace page order and every edit. Current exports only the selected page. Open the generated PDF to verify the final document.
Complete pages as 300 dpi images. Preserves visible content and layout; text is not individually editable.
